This position needs a highly innovative and detailed individual. This person would be an individual contributor reporting to  Design Manager. Ideal candidate would have the hands-on work experience with WiFi or WiMAX chipset, RF Microwave Circuit design.

Scope:

1. Circuit design of Novel, High Performance RF Circuits (MHz-GHz). Demonstrate and document product and circuit robustness using computer simulations, conventional analysis and standard testing methodologies.
2. IEEE 802.11/IEEE 802.16 System Design.
3. Constantly interact with the layout designers and contribute to deliver the PCB lay out Gerber with high quality and zero bugs.
4. Participate and contribute to System Level Architecture, Hardware Analysis and Design Reviews.
5. Mixed Signal and Linear Power Supply Design accompanying the RF circuits.
6. Carry out System Characterization & Design Validation testing.
7. Exposure to working with RF equipments such as Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, VNAs, VSAs.
8. Ability to work cooperatively in team environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering.
2. At least 5 years experience as a RF Microwave Hardware Design Engineer contributing to the various stages of product development cycle.
3. Hands on experience on Linear, Digital & Mixed signal Circuit design.
4. Experience in Frequency Synthesizers (MHz-GHz) & VCO circuits.
5. Proven track record in delivering telecom products (from concept to production); wireless related is a plus.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
